A more healed and liberated society is possible… and it begins with you.

Hi, my name is G

Giovania Tiarachristie (they/them)

Facilitator | Coach | Bodyworker | Somatic & Trauma-informed Practictioner

I have a vision of a more healed and liberated society–where systems of justice and compassion replace systems of oppression. A society where every individual can experience rest, joy, creativity, and deep connectivity of their mind, body, and spirit. A world where we return to a harmonized relationship with the land, our communities, ancestors, and each other.

I am a queer, trans non-binary person of South East Asian descent, who practices embodying joy, radical love, and root-grasping in all that I do. I use my skills, experience, and intuition to help guide individuals and communities to tap into their inner wisdom and transform themselves, in order to transform society. I prefer the terms healing facilitator and collaborator, rather than "healer," as I support and bear witness to each person's transformation and healing, honoring their unique process and agency.

My ethos is informed by principles of decolonization, anti-racism, nonviolence, mindfulness, and healing justice–rooted in the wisdom and teachings of queer Black feminist liberation leaders and other people of color.

I am currently based on unceeded Tiwa-speaking Pueblo homelands (Albuquerque, New Mexico), but offer my services across the country.

May our paths cross soon!

"We need to be weapons of mass construction, weapons of mass love. It’s not enough to just change the system. We need to change ourselves.”

For Individuals:

Deepen your relationship with your body, mind, and spirit

We live in a society that teaches us to dissociate and disconnect from our bodies and emotions, especially with the business of day-to-day life. Trauma and grief can be deeply stored in our bodies and, unprocessed, can manifest in physical pains, behaviors, and thought patterns that perpetuate harm onto ourselves and others. We want and need support, but it can be hard to find holistic practitioners with whom we can feel safe and seen–particularly those of us who hold identities of being queer; trans; BIPOC; womxn; neurospicy; and living with trauma, chronic illness, or disability.

Let me be a support in helping you feel seen and held, and in resourcing you to release pain, reconnect with yourself, and build agency. I share many of these identities, have a deep understanding of how oppression and trauma impact our nervous systems, and offer an integrated approach to healing. I offer professional massage therapy, energy work, and coaching that are rooted in somatic and trauma-informed principles to support individuals on this collective journey towards healing and liberation.

For organizations:

Transform your workplace culture and community impact

More than ever, it is necessary for organizations to deepen their capacity to embrace diversity, build inclusive workplaces, and promote equity in their community impact. But traditional Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) curriculums sometimes fall short of addressing shame culture that can paralyze organizations and perpetuate oppressive behaviors.

Let me support your organization in undergoing cultural transformation and healing from a place of courage, compassion, and nonviolence. My lived experience as a queer, trans, brown immigrant and decade of professional experience as a sociologist, community organizer, urban planner, and racial justice facilitator, have equipped me with skills and experience that can help. I offer consulting, facilitation, and coaching for public and social sector organizations who are seeking to transform their workplace cultures to center healing and liberation, as well as conduct more trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equitable:

  • community engagement

  • policy-making

  • program design

  • urban planning and community development

  • and more!
